Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days — $6.95 (FREE on orders over $75)
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days — $14.95
Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days — $24.95

International Shipping

Canada: 7–10 business days — $12.95
Rest of World: 10–14 business days — $18.95
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at customerservice@hausofzahava.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
