Return Policy

We want you wrote you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to start a return.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unblemished, and unaltered.
Original tags must still be attached.
Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.
Sale items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

Full Refund Conditions

If your return meets all eligibility requirements, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

How to Start a Return

Email customerservice@hausofzahava.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you a prepaid return label (US orders) or return instructions (international).
Pack the item securely and drop it off at the carrier location.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
